Corrugated hose interface is a high-quality flexible connecting pipe in modern industrial pipelines. It is mainly composed of metal hose, metal mesh body and various types of joints. The joints at both ends of the bellows are prepared according to the joint form of the user's pipeline or equipment.

1. The installation position of the rubber ring should be in the groove between the second and third corrugations of the socket. The number of corrugated hose seals depends on the design requirements. When using two sealing rings, it is recommended to use a corrugation between the two sealing rings.
2. Before connecting, clean the inner and outer surfaces of the socket socket, put a sealing ring on the socket, and apply lubricant (usually soapy water) on the working surface of the socket and the surface of the rubber ring. The insertion direction is the direction of the water flow. Align the center line of the socket manually or set the wooden baffle with a crowbar to slowly insert the installed pipe into the bottom of the socket.
3. Immediately after the interface is completed, fill the reserved groove with the same soil mass.
4. The installation direction of the socket is from downstream to upstream, the socket should be along the direction of water flow, and the socket should be along the direction of water flow.
5. The pipeline should be laid directly, and the allowable rotation angle of the two adjacent pipeline axes should generally not be greater than 2 degrees. In order to prevent the position of the arranged pipeline axis from shifting when the joint is closed, pipeline stabilization measures must be taken. Woven bags can be filled with sand, sealed and pressed on top of the arranged pipes, the number of which varies according to the pipe diameter. After connecting the corrugated hose, the depth and axis of the bottom of the pipe should be checked to make it meet the requirements. If there is displacement, suspension or opening, it should be reworked.
