The bellows is usually combined with a displacement sensor to form a pressure sensor whose output is electrical, and is sometimes used as an isolation element. Keep the environment clean. After the precision bellows is pulled out, the outer cone should be temporarily sealed with a plastic bag, and the inner cone of the interface should be installed in the adapter in time. After the equipment is pulled out, the cone in the interface should be installed in time. The contact surface of the bellows shall be evenly coated with qualified silicone grease. During the maintenance test, check the silicone grease for hardening and replace the silicone grease if necessary. When reassembling the equipment, first select a plastic pipe with an outer diameter of 1-2mm and a thickness of 0.5mm, and then penetrate it into the bottom of the interface along the inner cone wall, and then penetrate the equipment into place along the axis direction. Slowly pull out the plastic pipe, tighten the bolts, and stop for more than 4 hours. After the gas is exhausted, power is received.

The bellows also has the advantages of high insulation strength, small volume during casting and hardening, and easy processing.

According to the different materials entering the mold, the bellows pouring process can be divided into pouring and pressure injection. Pouring means that the material flows into the mold; pressure injection means that the material enters the mold under external pressure, and always adheres to a certain external pressure during the solidification process of the material to facilitate forced feeding.

The production process of APG process includes early mixing, automatic pressure gel and curing after forming. First, the various materials in the mixing tank are mixed evenly. After the precision bellows enters the mold under a certain pressure, the air is discharged from the mold cavity, and the liquid fills the entire mold cavity. From injection to demoulding, the mouth always maintains a certain pressure on the mold cavity. After applying a continuous stable pressure to the bellows mixture, the bellows mixture system can be extruded into the mold cavity under a stable pressure to achieve the purpose of forcibly compensating curing and shortening. The process is done at very high temperatures in the mold, so the highly reactive bellows mixture can be activated and gelled in a short time.
