Valve bellows refers to a tubular elastic sensitive element connected by a foldable corrugated sheet along the folding and stretching directions. Valve bellows are widely used in instrumentation, mainly used as the measuring element of pressure measuring instruments, converting pressure into displacement or force. Corrugated pipes are suitable for measuring low pressure, mainly including metal bellows, corrugated expansion joints, corrugated heat exchange tubes, diaphragm bellows and metal hoses. Metal bellows are mainly used to compensate for thermal deformation, shock absorption and absorption of settlement deformation of pipelines, and are widely used in petrochemical, instrumentation, aerospace, chemical, electric power, cement, metallurgy and other industries.

To overcome the deficiencies of the prior art, the skilled person has provided a bellows for a compact valve. The valve bellows includes a bellows body and a valve connecting pipe, and a connecting mechanism is provided between the bellows body and the valve connecting pipe for connecting them. The connecting mechanism includes an inner tube integrally provided with the bellows body and a sleeve integrally provided on the valve connecting tube. The inner tube is arranged in the sleeve, and a fixing groove is provided on a side of the inner tube in contact with the sleeve. The corresponding position of the sleeve is provided with an accommodating groove, and a fixing rod matched with the fixing groove is hinged in the accommodating groove for fixing.

The technical effect of the valve bellows: the operator can easily connect the bellows body with the valve connecting pipe through the connecting mechanism. When installation is required, the operator can install the inner sleeve on the bellows body on the sleeve of the valve connecting pipe. When the inner tube slides in the sleeve and the top end of the inner tube abuts against one end of the fixing rod, the fixing rod rotates along the hinge point, and the other end of the fixing rod rotates into the fixing groove to fasten the fixing groove, so as to achieve the effect of locking the inner tube. During installation, the operator can therefore directly fix the bellows body and the valve connecting tube by placing the inner sleeve in the sleeve. It is more convenient to install the bellows on the tight valve through the connection mechanism, and the buffer of the connection mechanism is not easy to rupture the pipe wall, causing the medium in the pipeline to leak.

The beneficial effects of the valve bellows are:1The fixed rod in the valve bellows includes three parts: a fixed part, an intermediate part and a locking part. When the inner tube is sleeved into the sleeve, the inner tube collides with the locking piece, the whole fixing rod rotates around the hinge point, the fixing piece rotates into the fixing groove, and the whole locking connection is completed;2Since the fixing rod needs to rotate, the fixing piece needs to rotate to enter the fixing groove, so the fixing groove is inclined to facilitate the fixing rod to enter. On the other hand, both the fixing groove and the fixing portion are inclined, so that the locking can be made more firm.3In the valve bellows, when the bellows in the valve needs to be disassembled, the setting of the tension spring can reset the fixed rod, so that the fixed rod is separated from the inner tube, which is convenient for the disassembly of the inner tube and the maintenance work of the operator;4The valve bellows is provided with a rubber pad on the fixed rod. When the fixed rod collides with the inner tube, the rubber pad can play a certain buffering effect, thereby reducing the collision between the fixed rod and the inner tube and prolonging its service life.
